MyMedAlert is a medication reminder and tracking tool designed to help you organize schedules, reminders, and dose history.

MyMedAlert does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

Eligibility and responsible use

You may use MyMedAlert only in compliance with applicable law and only for lawful, personal use.

If you use the app for another person, you are responsible for having the right to manage that information and for entering accurate details.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MyMedAlert for personal use.

You may not:

Data, backups, and exports

Ending your use of the service

You may stop using MyMedAlert at any time. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe the service is being misused or used unlawfully.
